I'm such a newbie for this exercise agenda of mine. Today I did not follow any video or stuff I just did what I wanted. I did:
I think it only took me about 30mins today, lesser time than yesterday. What's new is that I tried using improvised weights -- not heavy enough. I was able to do that sit ups without stopping for one full minute. I improved on that part! LOL. I was able to figure out my breathing. Breathing really helps. Inhale at your nose, exhale at your mouth.
The triceps exercise was the one that made my hands feel heavy. That was the last one I did because it goes with the inner thighs. I mean when you do that triceps thing you also burn your inner thighs. I really want to tone my triceps and inner thighs the most since those are the parts of my body that looks saggy. LOL.
On the other hand there are still a lot of downsides. For one, if I do it without the help of videos, I get lost. I do not know what to do next and can't finish 1hr. LOL. I had internet problems that time and I felt like I want to sweat already so I can't wait.
But the worse is that after exercising, I feel awful. My stomach feels awful. I searched why and it has something to do with release of Endorphins which are associated with nausea and vomiting It might also be caused of overhydration. I drank a couple of glasses before starting, that is because I know I'll sweat. I ate mango before engaging into exercise. LOL. No salt intake so probably, there was something off in my fluids and electrolytes. I felt awful. Oh and another it it could be because I didn't have any cool down stuff. One of those reasons. LOL. But I think mine is because of too much water intake.
What else.
My hands are kind of heavy. That tricep exercise worked. I just can't hold for more than 1min because damn I didn't expect it to be hard. I'm liking the sit-ups, triceps thing and the one I did to make my heart beat rise and the squats.
I really think my heart is weak. LOL. Or I just give up easily? HAHA.
Well I'll get there.
I'm already allotting time for my body. I missed out on my body since P.E. classes were over -- the more it got neglected when I finished taking my board exam and after Red Cross daily walkathon. Well about November 2012 my activities got lessened and my sitting on the chair dominated.

It is boring without music. I mean, I watch the clock tick and time myself. So boring when you are watching the time. I also get concentrated with time. HAHA. I need music ugh.

Actually, I haven't started anything about my goal of 1hr study everyday. LOL. That sucks. However I've added another activity: Vain Time. LOL. Or photography time.
