Achievement: 2mins sit-ups.
I didn't do any bicep/triceps thing today since I felt the effect of what I did yesterday when I woke up. LOL. It's like the feeling on your legs after you run -- I never felt that kind of thing on my arms, until now. I'm having arm cramp lol painful. My squats improved as well. I did it for a full minute w/o stopping and I did it quite low. LOL. Going for 2mins tomorrow.
I was able to wake up early. I can't believe how early it was. 7am. I'm really improving with sleep at night -- I get to sleep before 12mn. I don't sleep in the afternoon anymore so it helps. I am also doing good with hydration. Diet is the only thing that is off :\ That challenge is... challenging.
