Nothing is EASY.
I mean, I did my first "exercise" and it was not easy. I only did it for 45mins because I feel my heart tighten that I need to stop and catch my breath. I wasn't even using weights yet. That was for my first day. 15mins is already long and heavy :))
However it was a good feeling to sweat.
I'm not quite strict with my diet because I got to eat what is served. But I'm still not going to take in softdrinks and junk foods. I'll limit my sweets and drink a lot of water.
In terms of sleep -- I'll try I'll try. Before 12mn I must be sleepin already. Lol. And I shall not sleep in the afternoon.

I cheated! I ate brownies. My parents brought it home.... I feel guilty HAHA First day and cheated! HAHA. I said I'll lessen sweets XD Well I'm not aiming to loose weight -- what I want is to tone up and increase my strength / workout my cardio (excuses lmao)
