Chihayafuru

Chihayafuru is back now on its second season! I like three things about this show. (1) It involves passionate individuals (2) They play as a team (3) Nice drawing/artwork.

I am captured by the conversations that take place in the anime since they seem to choose their words well during moments that their team mate is going into some trouble. The story could be a good book since it is already well written.

Characters show emotions that are true to their personality. Writers are consistent in presenting them. The growth of a character is also delivered well in my opinion. Well each of them are meant to have strong individualism that is probably why improvement is something that can really occur. 

Moreover in terms of team play, various point of views are also showcased. This happens when they join tournaments. Weaknesses of characters are presented and at the end, they won't magically get a high score. Some anime does that with characters who unrealistically turn into godlike mode, clearing problems like a pro. 

For me, Chihayafuru is an anime that is recommendable to someone who adores people who has a strong sense of reaching his or her dreams. I reckon that it indirectly sets an example to its audience who are chasing their goals. 

No wonder it's a 10/10 for me.
