I have no direction. I shall do something productive. My first trial for a job opportunity kind of failed since I still need the damn IVT where I didn't place any effort for finding a place to get it. I was able to get it BUT it was postponed. The Law of Attraction read my innermost desires didn't it? Oh how about now that I'll try to be more productive -- come on good vibes.
Exercise
So I decided to take a challenge.It'll run for 3 months.
-Exercise 1hr a day 5-6x/week
-3-4L of water /day
-Keep track of foods
-No junk foods / softdrinks
-Try to sleep early, get up early and do that workout early.

I'd start tomorrow. My preferred time is 6-7am. There's still no breakfast by then. I'd probably prepare oatmeal at night and eat it with banana before I start. Hmmm. Let's see. OR Just eat banana. HAHA Yea that's better.
This is still modifiable anyway.
I'm doing this because I want to sweat. Work on my cardio and eat healthier. I checked out my weight I weigh 104lbs. I kind of doubt that thing Lol. My thighs looks huge. Maybe they aren't toned up. I got to tone my thighs (looks very saggy).
I still can't believe I'm 104lbs? I know I am like, 115lbs. When I planned to donate blood they checked my weight as well it was 112lbs. I think it was fake. And now it is 104lbs? No way I can't believe it.
I'm 5'0" and I looked stuffed. I think I'm really not toned. On the other hand my leg muscles are... well defined. HAHA. They are not big! They are just well defined since I've been walking to and fro school since I was in pre-school up to high school. So leg muscles are really... big well defined. I need to tone up my thighs and arm. Ew saggy ew.
Study
I plan to re-read my books. 1hr or more a day. I will time myself. If it is less than an hour I can't quit. I shall do this everyday. 1hr quota won't hurt.
Travel
Read about travel spots. Adventure spots. Keep a list.
