Flood

Floods. Floods everywhere.
Natyempohan lang na malakas yung Hanging Habagat.

Ang mali talaga siguro ay yung mga basura na nakakalat. Makikita mo palang sa Manila e, tambak tambak. Maraming kalat sa paligid. Sumusuot yun sa mga daluyan ng tubig at hindi naaalis, nagiging tumpok at bumabara. Yan ang dahilan ng baha. Kahit malakas ang ulan kung ang daluyan ng tubig ay hindi barado, walang problema o kung meron man, hindi kasing lubha ng nararanasan natin ngayon. 

Kapag nawala na ang baha ano ang naiiwan? Hindi ba mga kalat? Binalik lang sa atin ang itinapon. Nakakalungkot isipin hindi ba, tayo rin ang nahihirapan sa ginagawa nating abuso sa kalikasan. 

Sayang ang ganda ng Pilipinas. 

Hindi ko alam kung saan napupunta ang pera ng gobyerno at nung naganap ang Ondoy hindi pa nila sinolusyonan ang pinagmulan ng baha. 

I mean why can't they trace the primary source of why did the flood happened. They could have invested on clean up campaigns / become more strict regarding waste management and disposal. Why have they been so lenient. Well probably a lot of people have different opinions and beliefs -- I don't know if we are just hard headed -- it is really confusing and pointing each other is useless. 

I hope the people always try to trust authorities to do what they want and if nothing happened that's the only time they protest. Sometimes I think the government tries to do something but they are defied by protests and they freaking listen to the people. They must learn to stand firm on their decisions if they want people to believe in them. If they become scared of haters, they'll end up doing nothing.

And no please, I don't want to see the President smiling in front of the television camera. I mean, why smile when shit got serious? I know he wants to lift up peoples spirit but... that is not a solution. I'd rather see him really worried, and like stressed out... contacting this and that... I mean, WORK. The Philippine Red Cross had been moving 24/7! They have been on the flooded areas for rescue and relief operations, they did not have sleep.

Then I see the President visiting flooded areas for 15mins just to smile and... the fuck really, even brought her actress sister along with him with the 2013 candidates? I hate to see it like that. I hate how he smiles and waves. And the people just, really they appear happy? HAHA?

I agree Filipinos are happy people.

But... if it was me, I'd see him waving his hand? What the fuck is that? I do not need to see your smiling face while I suffer. What will truly make me smile are probably the rescuers themselves whom I don't even know but cared to save me. Not you who just came after the rain have subsided. I don't need you. Things have been fixed by the Red Cross/Non-government organizations and NOT YOU. So get the fuck out! Over rated President.

I can't help but to blame the government because I know that they are supposed to be INFLUENTIAL people that could MAKE A DIFFERENCE. They have the POWER: they have the money, they can have the manpower, they have the materials. If they could only make a PLAN and make it happen, it would be a success.

Me? I can only give out donations, volunteer, voice out, use twitter #reliefPH #rescuePH -- but I will never be able to move people. But they can. So I am expecting a lot from the government.
